Terms & Conditions
Please note: All bookings form a direct contract between the hotel provider and guest based on the following booking conditions
1.Reservations must be guaranteed by a credit card to secure the booking. Our service does not require any payment in advance by guests. Payment to be made by individual upon arrival/departure.
2. Cancellation up to 48 hours prior to arrival is free of charge.
3. Late cancellations and no shows will be charged the full amount of the stay to the credit card used to guarantee the reservation.
4. The proprietors cannot accept responsibility for loss of guest’s property unless handed in for safe custody and guests park at their own risk.
5. The proprietors reserve the right to amend, curtail or terminate any contract should the conduct of any person who is a part to that contract cause any detriment to the well-being or comfort of themselves or other guests.
6.The proprietors reserve the right to charge a minimum of £50 to the person responsible for the booking, for any extra cleaning required or damage incurred.
7.The person making the reservation is responsible for ensuring all in their party will not travel or attend the premises if they have any of the symptoms of coronavirus.
